About SKCC Informatics:
SKCC Informatics develops, implements, and maintains data-based resources to enhance the work of clinical, population, basic and translational researchers in the Jefferson Health community. Informatics activities assist with analysis of DNA, RNA, and protein sequences, predictions, and molecular modeling; as well as next-generation sequence analysis, microarray analysis, information management systems, custom application programming, and database searching and management. SKCC Informatics provides support for REDCap, OpenSpecimen, TriNetx, I2B2, and cBioPortal.
